Stress Away

I received a free Stress Away with my order.  I have to say that I love this oil.  It comes in a roll on.  It has a really nice scent and within 10 minutes of rubbing some on my wrists and neck, I can actually feel that the stress is gone.  I am much more relaxed.  I like this better than Lavendar or the Peace & Calming.

Thyromin

If you know me, you know I have several medical issues including polycystic ovarian syndrome.  My husband recently read a book on hypothyroidism and we both believe I have this.  Young Living has a thyroid supplement called Thyromin.  I started taking the supplement March 26th.  I am going to try taking the supplement for at least three months to see what happens.

I will keep you updated on my progress with Thyromin.

Heartburn Relief

I had heartburn the other night so I decided to try lemon oil.  I put three drops of lemon oil on my tongue.  Within 10 minutes, the heartburn was gone.

Stuffy Nose and Congestion

My 12 year-old daughter had a stuffy nose making it hard to breathe.  It must have been bad because she actually asked me for some oils to make her breathing better.  She is typically a non-believer until she feels she needs something. 

I had her rub some of the Breathe Again roll-on on her chest.  It works similar to Vicks.  A few minutes later, she mentioned that it worked and she could breathe again.  She even asked for more a few hours later.  I guess Mom knows what she is talking about after all.  :-)

Thieves Spray

I carry a bottle of Thieves spray in my purse.  I use it for many things.  Here are some of the ways i use it:

• When my throat is sore, I spray it into my mouth/throat.
• When shopping, I spray down the cart handles.
• At work, I spray it in the air around my cubicle when people are sick.  It disinfects the air around me and it smells good.
• I have used it to clean the kitchen counter and the stove top.  It works great on grease.  Due to the small size of the bottle, I have moved on to the Thieves household cleaner instead of the spray.

Note:  Thieves spray can be ingested while Thieves household cleaner cannot be ingested.

Purification Essential Oil Blend

I use the Purification essential oil blend in the diffuser to rid the house of unpleasant odors and to disinfect the air.  It's great to diffuse when someone in the house is sick.

You can also put a couple of drops of Purification oil in your laundry to freshen up the load especially if you let it sit too long and need to rewash the clothes (which I do all the time).

NingXia Red - Prostate Cancer

My father-in-law was diagnosed with prostate cancer late last year. I don’t know much about the details but I know his cancer level was over 400. They decided to skip treatment options for now and watch it. I had him start drinking three NingXia Red individual packets a day. He did that for two months. When he went back to the doctor for a follow-up, his cancer level went down to 179! The doctor couldn’t explain it. The cancer is going away. That’s the power of prayer and NingXia Red.
